Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Information: A valid credit card number is required to secure your appointment. This information will be kept on file and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $25.00. This will automatically be taken from the credit card on file.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged $25.00. This will automatically be taken from the credit card on file. We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation.

Confirmation Texts/Emails: As a courtesy, we will send confirmation texts and emails to remind you of your upcoming appointment. If you would like to receive these notifications, please ensure you do not opt out of our text and email services when filling out your registration forms.

Arrival Time Policy for Spa Appointments

Check-In: To ensure you receive the full benefits of your scheduled treatment and to maintain our commitment to all our clients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you to check in, complete any necessary paperwork, use the restroom and relax before your treatment begins. Medical history, HIPAA, and treatment consent forms must be filled out and signed before appointments, at home or in the office before your first appointment. Forms require yearly updating.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Your appointment may be shortened to avoid future schedule delays. The full-service fee will still apply, as we want to honor the time reserved for you. Arriving on time helps us provide the highest quality service to you and our other clients. If you believe you will arrive more than 15 minutes late, please call us as soon as possible. We can discuss rescheduling your appointment to ensure you receive the complete experience without feeling rushed.

Return Policy

Return Timeframe: Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unopened skincare product returns are accepted for a full refund to the original payment method. Opened products are eligible for returns on a case-by-case basis.  Opened products will be processed as in-store credit only for future spa services or product purchases.

Condition of Items: To qualify for a cash or credit card refund, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. If the product has been used or opened, it can only be returned for in-store credit.

Exclusions: Certain items, such as gift cards, services, injectables, clearance/sale items, and service packages, are non-returnable or refundable. Service packages are also non-transferable.

Age Requirements

Payment

All major credit cards, check, and cash are accepted forms of payment. Care credit is also accepted. Care credit account holders are required to present 2 forms of ID and be present for transaction. We cannot accept use of another’s care credit without them being present to sign. Any returned check will be subject to a NSF fee of $40. Any insufficient payment and or fees must be paid before further appointments can be booked.

Patient Satisfaction

We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned or as expected. Loss or Damage

Renew Skincare and Laser Center is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Please keep any valuables with you throughout your visit or please leave them at home.
